It's like anywhere you go.. it depends on the mood of the waitress, whether the cook is in a good place.. But for us... We love it! Nice ,quiet, have our own booth..Coffee is good and the Country Fried Steak is the BOMB!
We always have a great experience when we go. It's clean, friendly place. We usually have Lorie as our server. She is the best. We feel like she's part of our family.

A great place for breakfast. Free pie Wednesdays. Nice place to eat. Burgers tend to be greasy. Pie is awesome. Coffee pot being left on table is what I really like.
Been to this Village Inn twice. Our first visit was top-notch, but the second visit will be the reason we won't return. Friday morning both my wife's breakfast plate and mine came out cold after almost a 30 minute wait. We sent them back and they returned plates of food that were overcooked but lukewarm. Our waiter said that the kitchen staff was all new, but didn't take the food back the second time after my wife said it was not to her liking. The shift manager came by our table to apologize, but didn't take any action about our meals. They were real quick to bring us the chexk. What makes it bad is that we both had upset stomachs the rest of the day. Our waiter was lacking a service with a smile attitude, but we tipped him anyway. It was apparent that the staff was very flustered, but that reflected in the food. It was the worst dining experience we have had in quite some time.
Our waitress was very nice, smiled, apologetic about certain things (a little overboard), but all over good customer service. Manager was very polite and nice seating us. I would definitely come back. :)
