Bad experience today at Ronny's. Worker there was very impatient and treated my wife poorly during a wash. He was wearing black sweatshirt, Nike shoes and wore shades. As my wife approached he became hostile as if to get her to hurry up. We have a new vehicle so she went slowly to keep from damaging the vehicle. He then knocked on it as she passed through the rails trying to make her go faster. We have long been customers there and have never seen that kind of treatment before. I hope this gets to his supervisor to correct this behavior. This is not typical of this car wash.
I used to love always going to ronnies once a week. Even bought the 20$ wash every time and 2 people would come out and spray down the front and scrub all the bug guts even my rims if I asked em too. Last few times there was only one worker who sprayed my windshield and that was it and didn't scrub anything. Even had to rewash my car and rims when I got home. Will not be using again
This place is no longer owned by Ronny's, it is now Mr. Zippy's. You have to do a monthly contract which is per vehicle per month. For those who are use to getting the by one get one for $20 your new price will be $30 per month PER VEHICLE! SOOO...if you have two vehicles that is $60 per month with your"contract". Their selling point is that the $30 is for unlimited car washes. Sorry MR. ZIPPY, I'll wash my 2 vehicles at home for the price of $720 per year.
I love this service! I wish the tire/rim pressure washer was a bit stronger but my car always sparkles after going through the wash. I love the vacuums - they have great suction and the free interior spray cleaners.
I was disappointed with my $10 ultimate car wash. The wheels were dirty, and there were spots and debris on the body and windows. The guys didn't seem too energetic on the prescrub. Is this normal for what one should expect?
