Spoke with an employee to find an item. Had no idea where it was and sent me to two unrelated places and did not attempt to help any further or ask someone who would know. Needless to say I left empty handed and went to homedepot. Much better service there. Thanks Jessica for wasting a lot of my time and offering no real help!
Plenty of home improvement stuff at mostly very reasonable prices. Only a very few number of items are not even carried or available (as near as I tell) via special order. Every "associate" I've met has been extremely helpful.
Staff is never friendly. Feels like it's a hassle for them to help me find something. Even the website is useless. All I wanted was a flashlight. The website said isle 33/34. I did not find any flashlights on isle 33 or 34, which is plumbing. Go figure. I swear they left the B off the beginning of their name.
This Lowes, in Pace/Milton Florida is a very nice, well equipped store. The employees are helpful and have great people skills
AND...if it weren't for Lowe's, we'd not have the new roof on our house! Long story made short: we closed on our house on Feb 27, 2017. Epic Insurance accepted and wrote our policy. They whimsically decided to cancel on May 22! No one would finance us...until we went to Lowe's!
Great Customer Service by a staff of US Veterans and others that care enough to help you out. Terry in Doors and Windows, Robert in Appliances, and Steve in Plumbing make this the best place to go for your home improvement needs. These guys are superstars and very friendly and helpful.
