Express Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioning unit and air handler for our primary residence in August of 2013. On Wednesday July 5, 2017, the motor on our air handler ceased working. I called Express and left a message for the owner, Jason Tucker, to call me regarding the warranty on my air handler. Mr. Tucker returned my call and assured me the air handler was still under warranty, and would replace the failed motor ASAP. It did take a couple of days to locate a motor to match my Goodman air handler, but I feel the company and Express technician Josh Powell did everything in their power to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Josh Powell was very easy to work with, kept me informed on the status of my needed part, and even provided weekend installation. In conclusion, I would feel comfortable recommending Express Heating and Air to friends and family. The rates are reasonable and Express stands by their products warranty. Secretary (Christina) is a friendly voice over the phone, owner (Jason Tucker) is first class and Express techs (specifically Josh Powell) are courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks Express!

My outside unit wasn't defrosting ! They came out and fixed the unit quickly and did a great job cleaning it. Excellent service

I had a lighting strike which ruined the controller board for my airconditioner..Josh came out at 730 on sunday night which was great... fixed it so that the fan would run continuously. He said he would order the board Monday morning, it should come in Tuesday morning and he would put it in that afternoon...

Our a.c. unit wasn't working properly and I feared my reef tank overheating. My wife called and they were out within a few hours. They were able to figure out what was wrong and had the problem fixed before I made it home from lunch. I hope we don't need them for awhile but if we ever have a.c. or heating problems again they will be our first call.

I had an issue pop up later at night and called these guys up to get their prices. The rep gave a fair price for a late night call ($15 cheaper than an alternate company for after hours), but also helped me diagnose the problem over the phone after I explained the situation! I was ecstatic with the service this guy gave me. Express has just become my go to for AC situations, and the company I will recommend to others.

Guess what..he didn't order the board..when I called Tuesday about noon to find out when he was to come install the board the office help stalled and would not admit that they had not ordered the board.....so the board did not get ordered until Wednesday came in Thursday...they put off the install until between 8-11 Friday. I can only hope that it happens on time.
