24 June 2014: An amazing visit. Our order had problems and Nick the bartender was all over it. He fixed the issues immediately and made us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. The next time you go there.... sit in bar area and ask for Nick and your visit will be great.
So I normally I have a great experience here at chilis but here lately they have been going down the crapper. I personally have worked in food restaurants so I understand being short staffed while being busy. But today they definitely were not. If I have to ask more than twice for a refill because you didn't check on us then there's an issue. We didn't get greeted at the door. We had to wait 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. While ordering my date got cut off in the middle of his order and was allergic to one of the sides but since she cut him off and left he couldn't change it since we aren't rude customers. Then when we were getting our checks she grabbed the plates off the table and the appetizer plates fell and broke and blamed the reason that they fell was because of my date even though he was getting his wallet out, on the opposite end of the table. They really need to get back to where they were or they will start loosing their regular customers.
31 August 2017: Nick, in the bar section, was our server. Once again he was the driving force behind a fantastic visit. Our order was perfect and everything was great. Rating, because of Nick, has been changed from a 2 star to a 5 star.
15 Aug 2017: It was not a good visit. We waited over 20 minutes for a table and yet 25% of the tables were not being used. I guess they were not staffed well. Our waitress was busy clearing tables and drinks sat empty. Order came to table incomplete. Waitess got order wrong. Not a good visit. Rating lowered from a 5 to a 2 star.
Hire more people!
The wife and I had the worst experience ever here. Hot beer and cold food. The waitress was very inattentive. Took our order, brought out the hot beer and never came back! Someone else served the food. We had to get our own ketchup and napkins. The wife's Cajun chicken pasta had cold chicken and warm at best pasta. My burger, which was to be medium, was extra well. The fries were hot, though. We couldn't complain, because not a soul came out to ask if we were satisfied! I have never left any establishment without tipping the waiter/waitress....until now. I left absolutely NOTHING.
Most of the time we enjoy going to to pace Chili's. We sit at the bar usually because we get served quicker and the bartenders remember you and take care of us. But only one time that I remember not being happy there and have been going for 9 years
Food was great. Service was OK. But getting seated was a nightmare. There were empty tables but they still made us wait we had to ask to be seated in area where there was empty tables. Was like they didn't won't us to seat there. Our time is important . This is the second time it happened to us in your Pace FL. Restaurant.
