I was so impressed today by a gentleman named Scott, who works in the meat area of this Publix on 90. After a long journey through each aisle with my 2 year old, i finally asked a manager for help, who happened to be speaking with Scott, where i could find an item i was searching for, the manager was very helpful as well but came to the conclusion they didn't have what i was looking for. Scott did not give up on finding this item for me, about 10 min later, still wondering around the store hoping to find them, he finds me and tells me they had them and were on a palate in the back! He hadn't given up helping, even after i had told him thank you for helping and continuing my search on my own. Faith restored, made my day =)!

Great store, nice people very clean. Also boars head meat. Can't beat that

Publix is my store. Love shopping there as they usually have everything I need.

We went in just to pick up a couple items, but the sales were good ones, so ended up buying more. The gentleman that looked for some turkey legs for us was super nice and went to a lot of trouble searching. Cashier was also awesome, as was the gentleman at the service counter when I cashed a scratch off lottery ticket . My only complaint I have with Publix is that they changed the recipe for the deli fried chicken a year or so sgo and now it's too bland to bother with. We USED to get it dinner 1 or 2 times a week.

As a grocery store, I have no complaints. However, the bakery and balloon departments for parties are a nightmare. Without a doubt the most stressful part of my entire party planning endeavor was dealing with them. I reserved my orders over a month in advance, called and verified them both and then went to check on them in store. My balloon order was "nowhere to be found". Made a new one, all seemed okay. Skip to the day of the party, it was over 40 minutes late for pick up and was STILL wrong. The cupcakes were NOTHING like we ordered and no one seemed to have any idea what they were talking about. Nothing close to an apology for all the inconvenience they caused with their pure laziness and misplacement/misunderstanding of my (very clear, simple) order. The last thing anyone wants on the DAY OF a party is preventable stress and delays. I will make it a point to tell any friends I have to look elsewhere for their party needs. It's even worth the drive to Pensacola to avoid this mess (more time efficient to drive that far anyway).
