Terrible customer service. All phones are 100-150% over priced. They don't tell you info you need to know before the sale is complete. They DO NOT give REFUNDS no matter what. Do not go into the Pace store ever. Call the customer service on the phone instead. They charge $150 for a $50 phone. Battery doesn't come out no way to turn data off or on. Didn't say how much internal memory the phone had. Took almost 2 hours to be helped. They are independently owned. Boost phone service is good. Reasonable rates just stay out of the stores.

This is a good place to go if you want to lose your money. I paid for insurance plan on a new phone then phone broke the next day. Employee turned my old phone back on and didn't tell me it would void my insurance. This will be the last month I go with Boost mobile.
