Nice store, nice people but entirely too dark outside. It looked almost like the store was closed it's that dark. With all the ugliness and meanness going on right now I almost didn't go inside. Other than that I love the store and have always had good service.
I don't like their fish selection and thier fish seem to die a lot, also their workers are untrained (at least in the fish department) *** I would recommend getting fish from pet land in Pensacola*** if you want healthy fish and well educated staff. I buy all my fish from pet land cause it's worth the drive.
I sent my pet in for the PAWDICURE PLUS which is supposed to have: teeth cleaning and breath freshener, nail trimming and pad filing, cologne spritz and bandana. When we got there the procedure only took 5 minutes and I realized why. They didn't do anything but trim his nails. His teeth looked the same and his breath was just as awful. There was no bandana or cologne for his coat. Felt like I flushed 25 dollars down the toilet and wish I just bought the stuff to try to do it myself.
I'd like to edit: I reached out to customer service and they messaged right away for my address to send a refund in credit towards the store for the service. They have great customer service and I hope to use it towards another visit where it will go better.

I just want to give a huge thanks to the girls in the grooming salon! They went above and beyond to make Heidi beautiful yesterday! After a quick trip to Milton to take custody of my grandmothers cocker spaniel they took there time to make sure she was groomed properly to come home with me. I appreciate you ladies so very much and staying late to take care of all of Heidi's needs! Thank you again PetSmart for having people who really care about my dogs needs!
